[Electronics-Talk] experience with kyocera dura xv phone and similar phones

Hi all,

 

Does anyone use or seen the kyocera dura xv extreme feature phone?

I usually use phones for basic things so would be okay with a good feature
phone. I currently use a feature phone but not all menus speak. 

 

Does it have clear speech for menus? I thought I read it did have some text
to speech on it.

I know it can enlarge the font.

 

 

Can you do basic tasks with it using the built in screen reader? 

I mean things like adding a contact, setting alarms, or checking the date.

Can the phone send and receive text messages in an accessible way such as
dictation of a message or typing it in with the numeric keys letter by
letter?

 

If this feature phone is not too accessible, what is a similar phone that
is?
