As long as the unit is rated for 1500 watts or less, a standard, 3 prong
outlet should be okay. Note that some Brava units are rated as high as
1800 watts, which would probably require a separate outlet to prevent
current overload. And also keep in mind that Brava smart cookers are
expensive, with some models costing as much as $2000. There are cheaper
units on the market from other brands that are probably comparable, but
regardless of cost, they all appear to have touchscreen keypads and none
that I have come across has tactile keys, although a few models do have
voice command capability, so be sure that the unit you choose is
reasonably accessible.
