For the last three years I have been using the EcoBee three plus. I think it is the most basic of the EcoBee thermostats. It is a touch screen, but the iPhone app is reasonably accessible. Since you use an iPhone, if you have a homepod mini or an apple tv, you can also pair this thermostat to the Apple Home Kit via the Apple Home app. If you do so, you can also control some basic features through SIRI.
