Greetings Helga,
I believe what Avita has told you is very helpful advice. I also will add when making a cuppa coffee pour the coffee over the sink into your cup or over A trey. This allows for easier cleanup in case of a spill. Also, the main thing and all of the questions youask are  practice. The more you practice the more you will learn how to do the task more quickly, More efficient, and with ease. I hope one day you were able to go to either the center here in Florida, Daytona Beach, or to one ofThe NFB centers. In the centers you learn how to be in independent person. So, whenever your ready check out one of those centers and see if it will help you grow to the person you want to be
