[Fabs] NFB Pledge

Thanks for the information, all. I suppose every chapter is different and
different in many ways. Believe it or not, this thread is actually the
first time I've even heard of the pledge, and I've been active in the NFB
for 15 years in three different states. Learn something new every day!
