[Fabs] Minutes/Agenda template

Hello,
Please find attached a template for the minutes (Meeting Notes)  that would
be taken then distributed by the secretary when we become an official
division.
I decided to share this now, just so we could get some practice with it and
familiarize ourselves.
For the President to be, they could use this template to write their agenda
if that's what they choose to use. Just a way to keep us organized during
meetings.
I've filled in some of the blanks to give us an idea on what the minutes
would look like. If any of the affiliates or other chapter/division
presidents disagree with how this is formatted, please let me know and we
can revise it. If you get lost, don't worry, under each heading, there is a
description of what the heading means and how to fill that part in as well.
Hope that this was helpful, and can't wait for us to become an official
division in two weeks!
