Greetings Federationists:

Are you interested in being a future leader in the National Federation of
the Blind of Florida? Are you a long-time leader who would like to learn
how we have grown as an organization? Do you have questions about how to
run meetings, create social media for your chapter events  and what some of
the guidelines and expectations  of leaders are? These questions and many
more can be answered by attending the NFBF Leadership Program.

The National Federation of the Blind of Florida is launching an open
Leadership Seminar. Each month, we will use the recently revised “Reference
Guide” published by the National Federation of the Blind. Our first meeting
is Thursday, March 10, at 8 p.m. Each meeting will be the second Thursday
of the month. We will post the current month’s reading assignment so
everyone has time to read prior to the meeting. Reading assignments will
include the pertinent chapter and any appended documents.

All affiliate members are strongly encouraged to attend. There are no
requirements, you do not have to be recommended as a candidate and there is
no application to fill out! Attendees need have no experience or currently
hold any position of leadership within the National Federation of the Blind
of Florida. The only requirement is a desire to learn and grow with the
National Federation of the Blind of Florida and the National Federation of
the Blind.

Come and grow into leadership!
