Remind the kids that you cannot see their hands raised. Encourage them to 
call your name when they have a question, and also to take turns in 
speaking. Unless you have one or two that want to be fractious, they are old 
enough to do this. As adults, they will not have someone monitoring their 
conversation, they will have to use common rules of courtesy and politeness. 
Try to assume they will rise to the occasion, and, hopefully they will. If 
you have one getting out of hand, try to let them know a talk with parents 
might be in order. Or, another idea is to have particularly rambunctious 
ones kept busy. You can have them cut things out, or pass things out, or 
anything else you find difficult to do on your own.
