There are a lot of inaccuracies in this message and in the one from
Laura. I'll have to think about the answers. First, though, although
some Catholics speak of praying to the saints, this is also inaccurate.
We pray only to God. However, we ask our friends here on earth to pray
for us. Those who are already at home with the Lord can pray much more
effectively, so we ask them to intercede for us.
I'm very interested in interreligious dialogue, and I invite you to
write to me offlist at john at godtouches.org
