I am a Catholic. I'm really concerned that Peter is giving Catholicism a
bad reputation on this list. The first principle of interreligious
dialogue is to respect the other person. The second principle is to
respect the other person's freedom of conscience. One should state
his/her own beliefs. The worst thing to do is to demonize others for
their beliefs. Only slightly worse is the confrontational, arrogant
attitude that Peter displays.
Let's all pray for Peter, that God will give him a charitable spirit.
