In this message, for JAWS users, you can tap the "s" key which stands for 
"same element" several times to move to the body of the message.  Wading 
through headings can be a bit of a nuisance, but this post caused me to do 
some experimenting.
The same elements are the various headers.  I know of no way to skip past 
all of them in one jump.
