    Thanks, Kirt.
I'm sorry you have a headache. I understand what you're saying. Bless you

:) Fair enough, I guess. But I think it's important to also know
that God knew the past before it happened. Heck- all of time would be
visible to him, as an omniscient being. (or maybe not- there are all
sorts of philosophical ideas about this and I already have a headache,
but it makes sense that all of time would be visible to God) So,
although we have our free will, God knows exactly what's going to
happen before it does because he is all-seeing and all-knowing...all
of time would be visible to him. It's Augustine's idea, he based it
on scripture and I'm pretty convinced by it.
So...even if God can't change the past, he has a design for it and,
if we use our freedom of choice to submit to his will, he'll make all
the bad in the past in to something good. Heck-he knows if you will
or not already. I won't go all John Calvin and say it was
predestined- I think it's an entirely personal choice to choose to
follow God, but I think he sees the past, present and future all at
once. Just my two cents, again.
  God bless,
Kirt
