Some more teaching, from Brother Walden's message.
The gifts of healing, found in 1 Corinthians 12, have always been
something, that the church hasn't understood.
Brother Walden studied this out, and God revealed to him, what the
"gifts," of healing were.
God showed him, using James 5:14/16.
Let's look at those verses.
The last part of James, 5:14, "If any man be afflicted, let him pray."
15 Is any among you sick, let him call for the edlders of the church,
to anoint him with oil, and the prayer of faith, shall save the sick,
and the Lord himself shall raise him up, and if he hath commited sins,
they shall be forgiven him."
16 Confess your faults, one to another, pray one for another, so that
ye might be healed."
The are three components, to man.
#1. spirit
#2. Soul
and #3. Body.
The spirit is healed, (afflictions mentioned in verse 14.)
The Body is mentioned in verse 15.
The Soul is healed, in verse 16.
