Tina and Jennifer,

I will pray for these requests. Tina, I have been involved in the 
music ministry for many years, and find it a blessing to use the 
talents God has given me. Don't do it unless you have an inner peace, though.

Jennifer, I've never had a guide dog; just little dogs for pets. Make 
sure that you have a long enough cane, and that you have your arm 
properly extended, so that you have plenty of warning as to your 
surroundings. If you're not doing a lot of independent traveling, 
which is my case as well, the dog will be mostly a pet, which isn't 
the purpose. Think of the money you'll save, and the stuff you won't 
have to clean up in your yard! Smile. Continue to pray about it, and 
do your best to change your negative attitude about the cane 
immediately. Canes are wonderful inventions, and you can take them anywhere!
