Jenny,
If you read Eric's post, he said he would stop and if he fails to do so, 
Linda already said she'd do something about it.
So, lets move on. Everyone says they want to discuss stuff, so lets do that.
Also, IMO messages directed to the moderator about list issues ought to go 
off list.
That is what I did when I had concerns, one of which was the amount of 
forwards.

As the subject says, when is the moderator going to do something about this?

this kind of blatent disregard for the wishes of both the moderators, owners 
of the list, and the list members themselves, should be enough to either ban 
him from sending anything to the list at all, or at least put him on 
moderated status.

I don't want to speak for other list members here, but I would sure like it 
if he were at least put on moderated status until he got the point, if ever.
