Hello and good day to you all and especially good evening to all my fellow saints of the Most High God residing in North America. Because I like to get this out of the way first, here's a bit of bad news.

As they say, "All good things must come to an end." This applies to the poetry that I've been sharing with you these last approximately five months. Unfortunately my sources of poetry have dried up. Now I know that there's a lot of good poetry out there written by well-known and not so well-known poets and poetesses, but I don't have access to their work. Hence, regrettably, this part of the Good Night Messages will have to be curtailed, not because I want to do this, but because of inability to access poetry. I hope that you will bear with the undersigned until he can find more poems. However, the good night messages will continue, even without the poetry.

Michael Florszyk of Chicago graces our screen readers today/evening with his thoughtful poem "My God," rendered as follows:

He's with me all through the night,
When everything is wrong;
I go to Him in prayer;
I go to Him in song.

God sees; He answers prayer.
His love is ever true.
When I need a friend,
He is there
In everything I do.

He paid the price on Calvary;
He took my sins away.
He took the darkness from me,
And brightens up my day.

Oh, praise His name forever
And sing it evermore.
God sees and watches over me
To take me to that heavenly shore.
I will walk with my Jesus
And trust Him with my life,
And let Him lead and guide me
As I walk the storms of life.

Take Him as your Savior;
Let Him take your sins away.
He gives you peace and joy.
Let Him come in your heart today.

And there you have it for today. We have at least four more poems to share with you, so it's not the end of the road, as some would have it, and I'm believing for a miracle that this spot in the good night messages will continue, by God's matchless grace and His providential care.

And now may the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob just keep us safe, individually and collectively, throughout this night or day and especially in these last days in which we live. Your Christian brother and friend, Paul
