One think you might be able to do is to have them send you the pdf, then go
onto webmail and view it in html.

PDF files should be accessible using Adobe Reader, which you can download
free. From Adobe Reader, you can save it in another format; not braille,
though. You'll have to get it set correctly so that it will read the way you
want it, but it usually works for me.
