Dear all, peace be with you.

Today I would like to lecture about the significance of Islamic jurisprudence and its fundamental principles.

Many of you have heard of the compound term Shariah law.

Well I knew it often appears in negative connotations but, here it comes the role of enlightening education.

Knowledge elevates intellects and it dissipates ignorance.

I would like to partially summarize the table of contents within a juristic textbook.

I will concisely outline the first three chapters within Islamic jural textbook.

I have been studying Islamic Jurisprudence for multiple years.

I thoroughly studied it within pedantic degree.

Once you open a jural textbook, you will find the following topics arranged in a sequential order.

We have mutual standards of topical classification.

1; Chapter of Purification.

The chapter contains subdivision of jural topics devoted to dissertating ritual cleanliness.

It discourses its pillars, premisses, conditions of establishment and annulment.

2; The chapter of Divine Liturgy.

The chapter of divine liturgy discusses the ritual practices of establishing prayer, its prescribed acts of worship, along with its commended supplicants.

It discusses its pillars, premisses, conditions of establishment and annulment.

3; The chapter of Almsgiving.

It discourses the charitable practices within Islam, the prerequisites of fulfilling its obligations, and the juristic consistence of its fairish distribution.

Of course, I studied these subjects in freshman secondary school, and I studied them again within further depth in freshman college.

This was just a brief summary aiming to open the learning portal to the masses.

I comprehend that public American culture is enormously dominated by the Hollywood influence.

Americans tend to go to movies more than they go to libraries.

Tinseltown is the primary source of American acculturation.

Instead of reading books, they just watch bunch of movies.

My criticism is constructive, it aims towards rectifying the American mind.

I am quite fascinated by the American experiment that persistently enhances the educational sphere.

And at the same time, I am concerned of average Americans and their common mentality.

Many of them did not go to college due to the loaning system therein.

It is quite unfortunate and deplorable.

My heart is in interminable sorrow for them.

College life is the foremost ideal experience for young people in the United States and around the world.

This is why I am enthusiastically applying to the admission of the Graduate Theological Union at Berkeley.

With the Will of Allah, I am intending to pursue in the postgraduate education therein.

  Yes, definitely.

Knowledge is the genuine wealth that someone owns.

Knowledge can still be threatening if it was the motive of pride and arrogance.

It is the endless fountain, the shoreless ocean, and the definite intellectual peer for us.

I am almost done, I would like to apologize if the legal expressions used in here were quite advanced.

I am not attempting to show off.

This is the nature of this juristic profession.

It has a complex system.

within its both contexts and contents, it has this scholastic terminology.

Thank you for reading, and peace be with you.
