I'm grateful he never had this happen. I'm not sure how I'd react. Dave, I think you are right in some instances. I don't like being asked if there is any medical advances that can help me. I'm happy just the way I am so I really don't keep up on medical stuff. I just tell  I don't know what a difference and don't miss anything. That's a good question and thanks for caring. Some version of that anyhow. You can really smell a rat usually and they aren't worth your time. Most people I've found are just looking at things from their experience/perspective and mean well. These folks you can educate. It's like they want to ask how you do stuff but don't know how.

Depending on the situation, perhaps I would tell them Jesus was talking about insight (seeing Christ's real identity & mission)  not improving vision impairment. He wanted them to "see" things like Nicodemus & Paul did. If they wanted to argue with me I probably tell them I'll pray for their site and walk away. If it happens I'll let you know how I deal with it!
