Beth, if they (your building manager) are not able to get papers 
in an accessible format, they must read information to you.  They 
have to make the information available to you in some manner, 
even if it is by reading the information to you, or calling you 
to give you verbal information.  The ADA does not say that all 
written information has to be accessible, it just says that the 
information must be made available.  So if John the manager calls 
you and says, "Hey, the water will be off tomorrow between 8 and 
10 because of repairs, that's good enough under ADA rules.  I 
have never heard anyone say that the camera resolution on the 
KNFB reader is not good enough.  There just has to be contrast, 
like black writing on white paper, things like that in order for 
the camera to be able to take the picture.    Peace,    Debby
