Hello and greetings to all my fellow saints of the Most High God.
Perhaps you're wondering why I'm up so early. Well, my cleaning lady
is coming early, hence the early hour of this post. Besides, she wants
to get her work over with before the hottest part of the day, and I'm
sure she has other places to clean besides mine.

Well, enough of that. Let's get to today's two quotes for your
consideration, pondering and reflection.

Freedom of speech and freedom of action are meaningless without freedom
to think, and there is no freedom of thought without doubt. Bergen
Baldwin Evans, American author, 1904-1978 (quote compiler's queery:
Has anyone here ever heard of him before?)

The man who earnestly seeks real success and the favor of heaven,
entrusts his fortunes to Jesus Christ. Shirley Sydow, Lutheran Pastor

And that will do it for today. Until tomorrow when, Lord willing when
more of the same will be posted, I am your obedient servant of the One
who lived an earthly existence, died to pay for your sins and mine, and
now lives forever to bring us His salvation and peace, Oil of Gladness.
