Yes, I agree with this post. The Louisiana Center currently has a person
attending the LCB center from western Canada. I  would also advise calling
the center directors.

Hi guys, he is also Canadian, and when I went to the Colorado Center, I was
on a half scholarship. Andrew, call the centres and talk to the directors.
Unfortunately, unlike the United States, the province will not pay for us to
go to the NFB centres
