Glad you chimed in! Andrew, if you email me off-line I will give you contact information for Blind Inc. in Minnesota. You're better off talking to Dick Davis then the official director Dan Wenzel. Dick Davis is not just a teacher, but the associate director and ran state services for the blind for nearly 30 years or more. If anyone can help you, it would be Dick.
