[Faith-talk] question about connection to other people of faith

When I was an active Catholic back in the mid 70's to the mid 80's, I 
was a member of our local church's folk group, playing the alto sax of 
all instruments.  Previous to that I played the sax in our small 
worship music team as part of our Catholic charismatic group.  Of 
course, the reaction was how wonderful I played, not considering me as 
a fellow human with joys and sadnesses, difficulties and 
accomplishments.  However, as I can recall, there were no stereotypical 
words mentioned to me other than what I just mentioned above.

When I joined Christ and Country Church back in 1986 I took an active 
part in both our Sunday morning and evening services, as well as our 
Wednesday night Bible study, and I both learned and gave out 
information that the other members used.  Paul
