I think it's APH in moloboration with maybe Dean Blazie.  All 
BARD patrons were supposed to get one, but I'm sure that will 
change, now that we have a president who's trying to cut 
government expenses.  I'm fine with that; I think he should.  
Most blind people who want it will be able to afford it, and 
maybe Voc Rehab will give them to some; I don't know.  I'm sure 
we'll hear more about it at the NFB convention in Orlando.
