Hi,
This is Jenny of course.
My phone number is: 779-200-1983.
Yep, I would love to talk to you about this. YouTube and all that stuff I haven't been able to find the right versions. One of the issues that I have found with I forget the name of the group that you have to pay for the hymnal Emz. Is that they're different hymnals and each hymnal has their own wording. Do not learn

I think we all have different ways of worshiping, and we have to do what is best. For me, doing the music is my worship and my prayer.

You can find almost anything on Youtube, Apple Music, etc. You could learn everything by ear like I do. I don’t read Braille music because it is a waste of time for me. So yes, I get it. Feel free to e-mail me off list if you want to talk. It’s not about what the most important part of the Mass is because some of us are auditory, others are visual, and still others are kinesthetic. God gave us different ways to worship and feel the closest to Him. If you truly feel closest to Him doing the hymns, then learn them by ear. If you play a musical instrument or sing, make that your prayer every day, not just at Church.

>> Hi Jenny, I've done this so that hopefully it just comes to you. I love music, and love to sing, too. But there is so much more to being Catholic than the music. The biggest thing for me is that it is the only Church I can go to and receive the Eucharist in the fullest sense. This is Jesus, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. When I go up to receive —munion, I am so filled with wonder, and know that Jesus loves me. Certainly there are other ways to experience His love, but after returning !the Church, I realized how much I missed being away. So although I feel your sadness about not being able to sing all the songs, being Catholic is so much more. I get frustrated when I visit Mount Angel and can't participate fully in the prayers of the monks. I chsed to have the translation of the Psalms that they use, and the ORDO, the Order of prayer. But in my moves, I've lost the ORDO and part of the Psalms translation, so last time I was there, I couldn't fully participate. It made me sad, yes. But getting to visit with some of my old professors, and other friends from the monastery made it totally worth it, even with the missing parts of the Psalms. I'm no martyr, but I do think it's important to figure out what you believe, and then figure out a way to stay there. I'm speaking from experience. My time as a non-practicing Catholic was difficult, and even though there may be times when it is difficult, I think, for me anyway, that it is important to stay.

>> There are some resources from Xavier Society for the Blind, like the Mass Propers that I get each month. They also have a great Library of both Braille and books on CD. I den't know why they aren't using the cartridges that NLS is using, but they're not. Well, I'd best close this before it becomes more of a novel. Blessings, Debby
