Dave,

Glad you said that. Also, people may not answer a given question simply 
because they don't know the right answer. Something like a keyboard is a 
highly individualized thing. What works for one may not work for the next 
person.
Also, people are busy and don't answer everything. I've gotten tons of non 
response messages over the years.
This is not something we should take personally, although I've taken it 
personally before as Jenny has done.

A good list for this question is the nabs-l list for students or the 
gui-talk list on the nfbnet server.
