Hi Sherril,
I would have been happy to not only represent myself, and my agency but 
our dog guide organization as well.  I just did not have the time to 
contact the group and get approval.

Yes the bill is a sound one. There have been a couple of vets with 
service dogs run into issues with housing.  I have had many members of 
my family  that served and i am so pleased to see so many dog guide 
schools now providing service dogs for our veterans.  I have had issues 
myself with businesses not wanting to allow my guide and it is really 
clear what service my dog is providing so if I am having these issues I 
am sure the vets are as well as the Medic alert dogs.  One of the men 
to speak to the Senate has a medic alert dog and came to Tally to 
support the bill so he would have a state law behind him as well as the ADA.

Again I will try to alert  everyone before hand and get the OK to 
represent if such a situation comes along again.
