Hi Marion.

Thank you for those questions, as they are important questions that needs to 
be considered in trying to resolve this very complex issue.  As I stated in 
my previous post, there is no clear cut solution to this problem.   As Tony 
stated in one of her previous posts, we all have different opinions and 
ideas about what should or shouldn't be done, and I think it is great that 
we have this dialogue going, where folks can express themselves freely.

Again, thanks for those questions.  Perhaps they are a starting point of 
where we can begin in trying to make things better for all guide dog and 
service dog handlers.
