   a.. Henry Alexander, 66, of Miami, public affairs specialist with Social 
 Security Administration, reappointed for a term beginning November 2, 
2009, and 
 ending August 31, 2012. 
  
 
   a.. Rufus Brown, 71, of Valrico, retired, reappointed for a term 
beginning 
 November 2, 2009, and ending August 31, 2012. 
  
 
   a.. Sheryl Brown, 49, of Tampa, rehabilitation service manager with 
Tampa
