[Fopbc] NFBF Exhibit Hall Table Info and Sign Up Info

One of the best ways to run into old friends and meet new ones at NOPBC / NFB National Convention Orlando 2011, is to just simply help out. Please check the following schedule, contact Denise and let her know when you are available. Orange you glad we'll see each other soon??? ;o)

"Orange you glad you're in Florida"! Florida is hosting the 2011 convention and 
will need to run the information table in the lobby, the Florida suite, and the 
Florida table in the exhibit hall. We need chapters to help with all three.

This email concerns the exhibit hall. We will be selling t-shirts and candy as 
souvenirs. The exhibit hall hours are: 

Monday 11:00 - 5:00
Tuesday 8:30 - 5:00
Wednesday 12:00 - 1:45, 7:00 - 10:00 PM
Thursday 12:00 - 1:45, 7:00 - 9:00 PM

I would like to divide this up by chapters and will need chapter presidents or 
delegated leader to list two name & contact numbers for each time slot.

Jacksonville - Monday 11:00 - 1:00 & 1:00 - 3:00
Tallahassee- Monday 3:00 - 5:00
Orlando- Tuesday 8:30-10:45, 10:45-1:00
Daytona-Tuesday 1:00-3:00, 3:00-5:00
Broward - Wednesday 12:00-1:45
Pinellas -Wednesday 7:00-8:30 PM
Tampa - Wednesday 8:30-10:00
Miami- or others Thursday 12:00- 1:45
Boca/Broward or others Thursday 7:00-9:00 PM

Those working this table will be handling money and shirts of different sizes 
and colors. I don't know how many from each chapter are going and don't want to 
leave anyone out. Let me know if you are left out and want a slot. The above 
schedule is just a suggestion but we just need to cover all the times. Please 
call me or email me with your names or if you have suggestions or questions.

Let us help all remember National Convention in Orlando, FL 2011! Orange you 
glad I am done with this email.
