[Fopbc] NFBF Port St. Lucie Chapter Holiday Event

The St Lucie Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind (NFB) will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, December 11 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at WQCS Radio Station at Indian River State College, 3209 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce. The Chapter will celebrate Christmas with munchies and singing carols. Myra Rodbell, an inspirational speaker, will be the guest speaker.  Any person who is blind or has a visual disability is welcome to attend.

 

The St Lucie Chapter of NFB meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month from 11:00am - 1:00pm at WQCS Radio Station at IRSC; the Chapter does not meet during July or August. 

 

National Federation of the Blind is the largest organization of people who are blind or visually impaired in the world. NFB's purpose is to help people who are blind or visually impaired achieve self-confidence, self-respect and self-determination. NFB's goal is the complete integration of people who are blind or visually impaired into society on the basis of equality. NFB welcomes members of all ages, including children and their parents. There is a parent's division for children from birth to 18 for parents and children who are blind or visually impaired.
