[Greater-baltimore] Bus to National Convention

Hello Everyone,

I understand that some of you had trouble reading the message from Steve
Brand regarding the bus to National Convention.  Because of this, I am
sending this message with the bus form attached.  Also, the bus will be
stopping in New Carolton instead of Greenbelt as was stated in the original
