[Greater-baltimore] Braille Spectator

Hello everyone,

This is just to inform you that the Braille Spectator is up on our website
as a Word document.  We are still recording the mp3 version, and will put it
up as soon as possible.  The Spectator is also on the local channel of
Newsline, but unfortunately it is not properly marked up yet so you can
navigate by article.  I hope this issue will be resolved Monday.
