The CMS hiring  managers in the Office of Operations Management are looking 
for individuals  with the following human resources skill sets:

The CMS hiring managers in the  Office of Communication are looking for 
individuals with the following  administrative operations skills sets:

§  Planning and  Coordinating studies or projects

§  Human Capital  Management

§  Performance Management

§  Organizational  Change Analysis

§  Budget Development and Projections for Staff  Needs

§  Recruitment

§  Classification

Some of  the duties for the Executive Officer and Personnel Liaison 
positions  are:

·        Planning and coordinating studies  or projects related to 
management and administrative functions/processes to  determine the effectiveness 
and efficiency of a program; providing advice and  assistance on human capital 
management activities including: organizational  change/analysis, 
performance management, recruitment strategic planning,  classification; and, 
developing, coordinating and justifying budget  projections to plan for current and 
future staffing needs.
