[Greater-baltimore] Chapter picnic

Hello everyone:

As you know, our annual chapter picnic will follow the meeting of the Greater Baltimore Chapter this Saturday. The meeting takes place at 10 a.m. and the picnic will follow. Consequently, no breakfast will be served on Saturday. If you plan to bring a dish for consumption by picnic guests, please let Tracy Hall-Hennigan know what you plan to bring as soon as possible. Specifically, we are looking for folks to bring tossed salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, chips, pretzels, coleslaw, corn on the cob, and desserts. You can either make these items yourself or purchase them at your own expense. Please bring only pre-cooked items; the chapter will only be responsible for preparing the hamburgers and hot dogs. Also, please bring your items in disposable containers that you do not expect to be returned to you if at all possible. Also, please let Tracy or me know if you can help serve food at the picnic or clean up afterwards; we are very much in need of a crew to do these things.
