Hey Gang:

I don't even think Cudos is sufficient to describe my sentiments for
James Pharmacy!!! In a land where Customer Service is nearly
nonexistent, These folks are the kind unheard of anymore. The Friday
before Christmas, I went into a Patient First with a raving earache,
high fever, (102.5) dizziness, and chills, body aches and horriffic
cough. The doctor who checked me out could barely speak English. If
that wasn't enough, she prescribed meds, only to tell me, that of
course, their outfit had run out of everything I needed and she simply
said, There's a pharmacy just across Route 40??? Like I'm going to
just barrel across Route 40 and get hit because I can't hear things
coming or decipher safe crossing??? Not missing a beat, I talked the
lady at the front desk into calling thee scripts into James Pharmacy
and of course, what do ya know!!! They delivered them right to my
house--Johnny on the Spot!!! If that wasn't enough, Jackie was so
kind the very next week to call me, asking if I was feeling better and
if I needed anything else???

when I switched over to James, they actually sent their driver out to
me to fetch all my paperwork and they scurried it all back to me the
very same day, going over everything with me to make sure I had the
right insulin, syringes and the list goes on!!! I think these people
at James Pharmacy had to have been Heaven-sent! They're
phantabulous!!!
