[Greater-baltimore] National Certification In Literary Braille

Hello, All,

The National Certification in Literary Braille (NCLB) is widely recognized as the standard credential for teachers of the blind, rehabilitation teaching professionals and others to demonstrate competence in reading and writing the literary braille code. BISM will be hosting the test to become NCLB certified on September 28, 2013. If you or others you know would be interested in sitting for this test, please see the attached flyer. Feel free to pass it along to teachers and others you think would be candidates.
