[Greater-baltimore] Orioles on the Radio

As I said in another message, this delay can also be because of the 
use of HD radio.  Broadcasters are aware of the problem, there was a 
discussion of it at one of the meetings of the National Radio Systems 
Committee, the body that sets standards for radio broadcasting in the 
u.s.  Unfortunately most people there felt that not that many people 
listen to the radio, live, at the stadium any more, so no one was 
jumping at a solution.
