[Greater-Baltimore] MTA fall service changes as of September 3rd

The MTA fall service changes are effective September 3, 2017.  These
changes come from feedback on BaltimoreLink.  The route changes are
mostly for late night and early morning trips.  A few of bus stops
that MTA removed were reactivated based on public comment, and new
stops conform to the BaltimoreLink routes.  15 stops were removed for
pedestrian safety.  The full list is available online at:
