Subject: Audio Description and Touch Tours

Hi everyone, I hope you’re having a good day! My name is Bethany and I’m the accessibility intern at Baltimore Center Stage. I have important information in regards to visual assistance.

Here is a list of scheduled pre-show Touch Tours followed by an Audio Description:
Sun Nov 19 @ 2 pm and 7:30 pm – Shakespeare in Love
Sun Dec 17 @ 2 pm and 7:30 pm – Lookingglass Alice
Sun Feb 18 @ 2 pm and 7:30 pm – Skeleton Crew
Sun Mar 18 @ 2 pm and 7:30 pm – Animal Farm
Sun May 27 @ 2 pm and 7:30 pm – TBA [musical]
**NOTE: Audio description can be provided for ANY performance (Mainstage, or not), if given three days’ notice.

Touch Tours allow patrons to feel the costumes, props, and/or sets used in the show. Conversation with the production, artistic, and/or dramaturgy team is also included.
Touch Tours begin an hour and a half prior to the show and end a half hour before the show (i.e. 12:30-1:30pm and 6:00-7:00pm).

Audio Description and assistive listening headsets are available from the Box Office at no charge with a photo ID.
Large print and braille programs are available from the Box Office at no charge.

If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reply to this email, call the Box Office at 410-332-0033, or email access at centerstage.org<mailto:access at centerstage.org>.

I, and everyone else here at Center Stage, look forward to seeing you!
Best wishes,
Bethany Slater
