Hi everyone. Please join us for these great events.

*Voting Rights - Wednesday, March 18, 20202:00 PM*
The 2020 Presidential Election is fast approaching and questions of
accessibility and voter rights are at the forefront of many individuals.
Disability Rights Maryland's Ben Jackson and Tracy Wright will be at LBPH
on March 18th at 2 PM to present on your rights as a voter in Maryland. Did
you know that as a voter you have the right to an accessible polling place,
that you have the right to cast a private and independent vote, and receive
assistance when needed? Learn about the laws and regulations that protect
your right to vote in a free and open election; have your questions
answered by Mr. Jackson, a disability rights attorney, and Ms. Wright, a
Voting Advocate. This program is FREE and open to the public. Advanced
registration not required, but recommended.

*Additionally, the following events are happening in March: *

*TECHNOLOGY USER GROUP MEETING - Saturday, March 14*
A presentation by OrCam. OrCam’s mission is to harness the power of
artificial vision by incorporating pioneering technology into a wearable
platform that improves the lives of individuals who are blind, visually
impaired, and have reading difficulties. https://www.orcam.com/en/about/

*Center Stage Performance of Where We Stand - Thursday, March 26, 2020*
12:30 - Tactile Tour; Play begins at 1:00 PM
This brand-new fable of penance is filled with humor, heart, and music.
When a town is running low on compassion and a man is stripped of
companionship, just one kind stranger can tip the scales. Join in the
community as one passionate storyteller spins a supernatural tale of
loneliness seduced by the kindness and asks us “what do we owe each other?”
This program is FREE and open to the public. Advanced registration is
