[Greater-Baltimore] Vaccine clinic tomorrow

Dear fellow Federationists:

Our member marguerite Woods has informed me of a vaccination clinic being
conducted in partnership with Walgreens and taking place tomorrow. This is
not a Federation event, but marguerite tells me that you can reach out to
the contacts listed (particularly Ms. Matthews) and mention her name, or
show up and do the same thing. Keep in mind that the opportunity will be
first-come, first-served. The information below was transcribed from the
original flyer I received, which was not accessible. I did double check the
address online. I have also attached the consent form, which is a fillable
PDF but unfortunately not an accessible one. However, I am told that the
form can be filled out on-site and that the organizers are aware that blind
people may be coming.

Again, please keep in mind that this is an event one of our members became
aware of, not a federation effort. We are not offering transportation or any
other support. I am merely passing along the information in case anyone
finds it helpful.

Warmly,

Chris
