Please act quickly, within the next hour if possible. If you are blind or have low vision and live in Baltimore County or Baltimore City, a clinic in the city is offering a vaccine clinic on Wednesday March 24.
Please email our staff at vaccine at imagemd.org within the next hour to let us know if you are interested in receiving a vaccine. Please include your name, your phone number, your address, and your email address in the email. The clinic will be held at
2901 Liberty Heights Avenue, Baltimore MD  21215 on March 24, 2021.
