[Greater-Baltimore] Next NFBMD TLC Chapter Meeting (Monday, September 21 - in person ) - Featured Topic: Fire Safety

Dear TLC Chapter Members and Friends,

 

Our next TLC chapter meeting is this Monday, September 21; We will be
meeting in-person in the Common Room of St. Francis Episcopal Parish and
Community Center, 2216 Pot Spring Rd., Timonium, MD 21093. Our regular
meeting date is the third Monday of the month. You may arrive as early as
6:30 PM; the official meeting is scheduled to run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
Please note that this is not a hybrid meeting and no virtual option is
available. Please do not attend the meeting, if you have a fever or are
feeling ill.

 

During the meeting We will be talking about what is going on at NFB at the
chapter, affiliate and national levels and receive a helpful hint from a
member. 

 

Our guest speaker this month is Skyler Rush, a Firefighter / EMT with the
Howard County Fire Department. Come learn about fire safety and bring your
questions. We will also talk about the use of fire extinguishers. If you
would like to try using a fire extinguisher, you will need to bring your own
unit.

 

The church is not easily accessed by fixed route transit, but it is served
by paratransit. 

 

We look forward to seeing everyone in person on Monday. Feel free to invite
