Good morning this is Yvonne hughes. I am a member of greater Philadelphia chapter. I’m reaching out to you on behalf of the Pennsylvania school of the deaf. I have met with them concerning transition and moving forward with some of their students. They have shared with me they have been having issues with Ovr concerning transitioning and services. They seem to be limited and the response is coming from Ovr. Ovr would like them to do whatever it is that they want to do under their guidance, it has been a struggle for them. I am reaching out to you in the hopes that maybe we can have  Have an audience with our individuals at Pennsylvania score of the death.
