The purpose of this list is to provide information about and facilitate discussion of blindness-related issues affecting residents of Pennsylvania. Topics such as education, the Braille Enrichment for Literacy and Learning (BELL) program, legislative matters, affiliate and chapter activities, and resources at the state and local levels will be discussed. There will also be occasional posts concerning issues of major importance to the blind, as well as announcements concerning activities of the National Federation of the Blind on the national level.
