I had the same problem with a desktop. I would love to hear a discussion by developers about what is taking so long for this support to come to both JAWS and Window-eyes. Both programs were ready for Vista very quickly, but there is actually a version of Windows XP that is 64-bit. A sighted friend of mind told me that he is using one.
