That is absolutely incorrect.  I have gotten keys for multiple 
streams, a Braille Plus, and a BookSense and never been charged for 
any of them.  I have also done consulting work for NLS on its 
download project, so know that they haven't, and don't charge for 
keys and there is no plan to do so.
