Dave,
Okay. I don't use the Stream, so I've never received anything. Doesn't 
matter.

There is no charge for the NLS key, and to be technical about it the
actual key comes from Humanware.  They get approval from NLS to send
it to you, once you apply to NLS, and they determine you are a patron
in good standing.
